Professional photography

1.Booking & Payment

   - A non-refundable deposit of [$50] of total is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot.

   - Payment methods accepted: [Cash-app,Zelle, Venmo, PayPal,]

2.Cancellation & Rescheduling  

   - Cancellations made no less than 24 Hours before the session will result in the loss of the deposit.  

   - Rescheduling requests must be made at least [2 days] in advance, subject to availability.  

3.Late Arrivals

   - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may have their session time reduced or canceled without a refund.

4.Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances.    

   - Outdoor shoots may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at the photographer’s discretion.  

   - If the photographer needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

5.Image Delivery & Editing

   - Edited images will be delivered within [72 hours] via pixieset.  

   - Additional editing requests may incur extra fees.  

   - RAW/unedited images will not be provided.

6.Copyright & Usage

   - The photographer retains copyright to all images. Clients receive personal use rights but must not alter or sell the images without permission.  

   - Commercial usage requires an additional licensing agreement.  

7.Client Responsibilities

   - Clients must obtain necessary permissions for locations or props.  

   - Any damage to rented studio space, props, or equipment caused by the client will be charged accordingly.  

8.Social Media & Promotions

   - The photographer may use images for portfolio, marketing, and social media unless the client requests otherwise in writing.  

   - Clients may share images online with proper credit (e.g., tagging @Sev.lenz).

9.Refund Policy

   - Refunds are only issued for service failures directly caused by the photographer.  

   - Dissatisfaction due to personal preference does not warrant a refund.

10. Agreement & Liability

   - By booking a session, the client agrees to all terms listed above.  

   - The photographer is not responsible for unforeseen technical failures or client dissatisfaction due to uncontrollable circumstances.
